Refund/Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products all sales are final we will not issue refunds regarding press on nails for sanitary purposes and nail sizing. This item can't be refunded or resold due to these factors. Mistakes do happen if you receive the wrong item and want to exchange for the correct one refer to the exchanges section below.

 

Exchanges

In the case you received the wrong item it must be returned in original packaging for the exchange to be fulfilled. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Damages and Issues

Loveleigh Press is not responsible for lost or stolen packages you should consider purchasing package protection when ordering. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective Loveleigh Press is not responsible for damage sustained in transit you must contact USPS for your refund. Loveleigh Press is not responsible for damages made to the product by recipient in this case you will not be eligible for exchange/refund. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, this includes all items categorized as press on nails or all custom items. Any current or future items sold by Loveleigh Press that don't fall under this category will be an exception to refund. In this case, please contact me at loveleighpress@gmail.com to discuss a refund.
